CAPC (Capstone Companies, Inc.) continued what has been a week long breakout today, shooting up another 80% mid-day, as interest continues to pick up for this relatively thinly traded penny stock play. With just 5 minutes left until the close, the company has traded just over 4.1 million shares, yet continues to hold gains of 45%, as the chart continues to strengthen in its favor. The thin trading with relation to the price movement, tells us that an increase of awareness to the movement of this company, could mean parabolic movement in the price per share, due to it having an incredible low share structure. With the way that it has been moving, we find it unlikely that there is any significant dilution going on from the companies end, so we highly suggest that you keep an eye on this play because if that increased awareness does indeed come through, we could be looking at a play that has only just begun its run to the upside. Still, as with all low float plays, the movement will be wild in either direction, due to there being little resistance at the ask, and little support at the bid. This is a situation in which an increased puh in either direction, be it positive or negative, will greatly affect the share price, so be sure to operate with optimistic caution.
