The news announcement earlier, was released at 8 am, showing that they have completed their restructuring program, which has now officially changed their ticker symbol from "ALCD" to "SITS." The announcement also covered that the the company has put into practice a "forward 2-for-1 split of its common stock. In addition, the Company intends to pursue its plan to become a fully-reporting Company and potentially being listed on the OTCQB."

This sort of activity is very rare to see with any penny stock, especially the push for a forward split. Usually it is the case that companies trading in the pennies put forth "Reverse Split" efforts, which in the long run, almost always go very poorly for investors. This split however is the complete opposite of what those splits bring to the table, which goes to show why so many active investors have become so energized in their efforts to get involved in this fast moving stock. Because of the great reaction that has been seen with this play today, we here at Penny Stock Dream, are very happy to be able to bring this play to the attention of our energized investor base. It seems like this may only be the beginning for SITS, as they are in the midst of a great deal of planning and completions of prior plans. We highly suggest that everyone continue to keep an eye on this one.
